Shipping & Delivery Policy

⚠️ Store Owner Notice: This policy document is a starter draft based on Shiprocket logistics standards and requires final review by store management prior to official commercial operations.

1. Pan-India Delivery Coverage

We fulfill orders across 24,000+ postal pin codes in India in partnership with Shiprocket and its integrated tier-one courier networks (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and Amazon Shipping).

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Standard orders are processed, quality-inspected, and dispatched from our primary fulfillment centre in Bengaluru within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding gazetted holidays).

3. Estimated Transit Times

  • Metros (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 business days.
  • Special Logistics Zones (North East, J&K, Island territories): 5–8 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders with a cart value of ₹999 or above qualify for Complimentary Express Shipping. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat nominal shipping fee of ₹99 anywhere in India.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is scanned by our logistics partner, an Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct tracking link are sent via email and SMS. You can also monitor real-time updates directly on our Track Order page.
